LATE ARRIVAL AND CANCELLATION POLICY
I truly value my time and yours, and want to make sure every client gets the best experience possible.
• If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, I may need to adjust your service to fit the remaining time.
• If we’re unable to provide your service because of the late arrival, the appointment may need to be canceled, and a 50% fee of the scheduled service will apply.
